Misra Trademark Counsel was founded by Mick Misra, a trademark attorney with a background spanning global law firms, executive general counsel roles, and legal technology entrepreneurship. Mick has personally handled dozens of trademark matters and overseen teams that have handled many more, including successful negotiation of a trademark opposition brought by a global pharmaceutical company and current representation of a nationally recognized online personality in protecting his brand.
